Our regulator

Our regulator

JT Markets Limited is a company incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles. Our Securities Dealer Licence number is SDL215. The licence is verifiable on the FSA's public register.

The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles is the regulatory body responsible for the non-bank financial services sector in Seychelles. Its responsibilities include the licensing, supervision and enforcement of regulated financial services firms operating from Seychelles, including securities dealers, fund administrators and insurance providers.

Holding an FSA Securities Dealer Licence imposes specific operational, capital and conduct requirements on JT Markets, including segregation of client funds, ongoing financial reporting, anti-money-laundering compliance and adherence to a code of conduct established by the regulator.

Fund safety

Client fund safety

Client funds at JT Markets are held in segregated bank accounts, separate from the operational capital of the business. Segregation means client money is held under arrangements that distinguish it from JT Markets' own assets, in accordance with FSA Seychelles regulatory requirements.

Our banking partners are tier-one international financial institutions. Keeping client funds segregated means client money is protected from being used to meet JT Markets' own business obligations, and it remains identifiable as client property at all times.

Fund safety underpins how we operate. Our arrangements are reviewed regularly with our auditors and our regulator, and we set out our policies in full so clients always understand how their money is held.

Security

Infrastructure and security

JT Markets operates enterprise-grade infrastructure designed for reliability and security. Our systems use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Execution servers are hosted in tier-one data centres with redundancy across regions to support consistent uptime.

Two-factor authentication is available on all client accounts and is strongly recommended. Account access is monitored for suspicious activity and any unusual login behaviour is flagged for review.

We are committed to maintaining our infrastructure to a standard that reflects the institutional backgrounds of our founding team. Security and reliability are not features to be marketed; they are the baseline expectation against which we measure ourselves.

Jurisdictions

Restricted jurisdictions

JT Markets does not accept clients from certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to: the United States, Canada, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, Afghanistan, and any other jurisdiction where the provision of our services would be contrary to local law or regulation.

Our list of restricted jurisdictions is reviewed periodically. The full current list is set out in our Terms and Conditions, available in the footer of every page.
